NOTE

 

1. The Jai Maa Durga Driver Service will not be responsible for any kind of damage / accident during duty hours.

2. Check all particulars (Papers) before release of the driver.

3. The driver booking is accepted Subject to availability and also subject to the drivers reporting of duty on the say of booking. Jai Maa Durga Driver Service will make efforts but does not take any responsibility for none reporting of the Driver on duty of otherwise.

4. The Driver will be provided 1st come 1st serve basis.

5. The member will get priority over nonmembers. All booking have to be made at the Jai Maa Durga Driver Service Office and not through the Drivers.

6. No booking is accepted of three consecutive days at a time. No particulars driver of condition booking will be entertained.

7. In case the car is unfit condition the driver may refuse to drive, but payment has to be made for requisitioning the driver.

8. Members are request not be accepted accept a driver without Jai Maa Durga Driver Service regular driver slip.

9. The car must have all valid documents at the responsibility of owner.

10. The Jai Maa Durga Driver Service will not be responsible for any Driver accident during the duty hours.

11. The Driver is authorized to check all documents related to the car, similarly the Owners responsibility to check validity of  Drivers License.
